• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with diocesan curriculum standards and best practices in instruction
    
• Create a classroom environment that supports differentiated learning and the academic, social, and spiritual growth of all students
    
• Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners and support students at all levels
    
• Integrate hands-on activities, project-based learning, and technology to promote critical thinking and inquiry
    
• Maintain consistent communication with students, parents, and colleagues
    
• Assess student progress regularly and provide meaningful feedback
    
• Participate actively in school-wide events, professional development, and the faith life of the school community
    
• Collaborate with fellow faculty and administration to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and respect                                                                                  

• Bachelor’s degree (required) in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field
    
• Teaching license or certification preferred
    
• Previous experience teaching middle school students strongly preferred
    
• Practicing Catholic preferred, but not required
    
• Commitment to the mission of Catholic education and the values of Immaculate Conception School
    
• Ability to integrate faith, academics, and service in the classroom
